Grace is the wife of Sam, mother of Kay, Jessica, and Noah, and aunt of Charity. She runs a Bed and Breakfast and crafts shop in Harmony. Grace lost her memory in a fire twenty years ago, and remembers nothing of her life before the fire which Sam rescued her from. If she could remember...she might know that her family possesses powers of "good" which are meant to fight evil...namely, her next-door neighbor/witch Tabitha. In the meantime, Grace's marriage took quite a blow when she learned Sam and Ivy were lovers when they were young...and that Ethan is Sam's son! This devastating news caused Grace to take a tumble down the stairs and miscarry their baby.

Grace eventually forgave Sam, and the two got their marriage back on track. However, it wasn't long before a man named David Hastings arrived in Harmony claiming to be Grace's husband! Because of her amnesia, Grace has no memory of her past--including another husband. Grace received yet another shock when David introduced her to his son, John--and announced that Grace was John's mother! Unbeknowsnt to Grace, Ivy blackmailed David into posing as Grace's husband--and John is not really her son.

Sam is the husband of Grace, father of Kay, Jessica, and Noah, and uncle of Charity. He is the Chief of Police of Harmony, where he grew up. Before he met Grace, Sam was in love with Ivy Winthrop. He planned to marry her and was devastated when she married Julian Crane. Sam moved on and married Grace, and the two have shared a happy life. Sam never told Grace he and Ivy were once in love. Eventually the truth came out when both Sam and Grace learned that Sam was the father of Ivy's son, Ethan! Sam was devastated when his marriage began to fall apart as a result of this revelation. Much to Sam's delight, Sam and Grace were able to repair their marriage. However, Sam was rocked when David Hastings came to town...and claimed to be Grace's real husband!

Kay is the daughter of Sam and Grace. She will stop at nothing to get Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald, the object of her desire. And if that means destroying her own cousin, Charity (Miguel's girlfriend)--then so be it! Kay even sold her soul to a witch named Hecuba in hopes of getting Miguel...an act that led to hell coming to Harmony! Luckily for Kay, she got her soul back...thanks to Timmy, Tabitha's doll. Every once in a while, Kay lets down her wall, and reveals that she's really just looking for someone to love her unconditionally. Kay's best friend is Simone Russell, who usually doesn't approve of Kay's schemes.

Jessica is the daughter of Sam and Grace, and younger sister of Kay and Noah. Jessica is honest and loving-nothing at all like her manipulative sister, Kay. In fact, she is constantly reprimanding Kay for her deceitful ways, since she knows Miguel and Charity belong together. Jessica has a secret crush on Reese, who unfortunately, only has eyes for Kay.

Hank is the younger brother of Sam. Hank now lives in Harmony, but for years he was a wanderer. Hank once set his sights on the beautiful and rich Sheridan Crane but Sheridan fell in love with Hank's best friend, Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald. Hank has moved on and has no hard feelings.

Charity is the only child of Faith Standish, Grace's long lost twin sister. Charity is innocent and pure, having grown up sheltered from the outside world. Since her mom died in a fire, Charity now lives with the Bennetts and has become part of their family. Charity is unaware that she possesses powers of "good" which will be fully awakened in her when she makes love to her true love, Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald. Charity has literally been to hell and back, but her knight-in-shining-armor, Miguel, always comes to her rescue. Because of her powers, Charity is always having visions of what the future holds for those close to her. Charity is currently trapped in a block of ice thanks to her own cousin, Kay, who wants Miguel for herself. A cold-hearted "Zombie Version" of Charity has taken the real Charity's place in Harmony.
